We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Agents to work with a fun and young team in our Hanoi offices. You will get the chance to work with a well-known Moderation and Customer Support company. Our clients are some of the biggest brands in the world. You will serve as the day-to-day engagement and conversation specialist for our client and its users. You will also assist the team with training, review of KPI’s and identifying trends.

Work schedule:
Flexible working hours. Agents must be willing to work during national holidays, 7 days a week.

Job requirements:
- Excellent native Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
- Major in Languages, Business or Social Studies.
