Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent works works under the supervision of the CAPEC director and Capstone managing director.
- Assists with CAPEC’s daily front office operations and related administrative tasks for teachers and students.
- Manages logistics and prepares documents for classes
- Handles phone calls and provides information about CAPEC courses
- Monitors student attendance and academic honesty
- Provides support when classroom problems arise, reports to person in-charge to solve problems quickly
- Evaluates students and teachers periodically in accordance with CAPEC guidelines and policies
- Translates documents
- Other tasks, as assigned by the CAPEC director or the Capstone managing director
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree or junior/senior at university
- Proficiency in English
- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
- Good office administration skills
- Flexibility, initiative and good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines, to multitask, and to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detailed-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and cross-cultural skills
- Can work from 17h-21h30
