As we are using this site news and events as a forum, which is in the open forum on the left hand side I would like to quote some (edited) rules on the use of forum for your reference.
a. Think before you post! Don’t just post a message for the sake of it. Try to make sure that what you say will be of interest to the other members of the forum.
b. The forum isn’t a place to post personal messages to other members. send an internal mail if you want to engage in a private correspondence.
c. It’s a good idea to re-read and edit your posting carefully before you post it. Double check your spelling, grammar and wordings
d. Try to keep your postings fairly short and to the point
e. It’s fine to post humorous comments, but if you do it is a good idea to add a “smiley” icon
so people know you’re joking.
f. If you believe someone has violated the behavior and manners necessary for network etiquette (netiquette), mail them or notify the administrators.
