To download the excel file for results, just click on the link, which is TKB_HK1_06_07.xls in this case. A popup window will appear for you to choose an option.

In some browsers, you need to right-click on the file download link and choose "save target as..." Make sure you remember where you've stored your file. Otherwise, the file will be opened with a compatible program (here excel) and you need to save the file (File > Save/Save as) if you want it to be stored on your PC.

This is true for downloading all sorts of files with a download link.
