I'm a new student of our central. I have some problems with EDO program and I don't know how to solve them:

1.after installing some needed components, a box appeared and said that:"several java virtual machines running in the same process caused an error" and asked me to log out.

2.I can't play the videos.

3.some exercises i finished can't be saved.

what should i do now?

please help me if you know anything.
