 This is letter , I sent to Mr Daniel last week. I would like somebody make comments for me.

"Dear Mr Daniel

 I sent to you drawing with full connection for water point and electricity line for construction ( please find the attach) , we has checked several times.  And  another reason, the connection point will be supplied by Quang Binh water supply Company at the fence of Project.

So I hope you understand why I  give this water connection point for you and It is according to contract document.
